Weight Loss Challenge Kick Off!
One of my main goals in life is to live a healthy lifestyle as well as lose some weight. I was talking to mom about it and we decided to do a weight loss challenge.
The challenge will last 20 weeks and each week we are putting up 10 bucks each. Every Sunday we will weigh ourselves and compare our results with each other. Who ever win the challenge will win $400.00!
I decided to share my journey because I hope it will make me more accountable as well as gain support along the way. My goal is to lose 2-3lbs each week as well as lowering my BMI, body fat and measurements.
