I wanted to share my thoughts about the hair product Coco Curls Moisturizing Styling Aid. Created by Jeannell Darden Coco Curls is made with all natural ingredients designed to help strengthen and nourish your beautiful natural hair.

First thing I noticed about Coco Curls was the smell! The smell is very sweet like cake batter. A good smell is always a plus. The texture of the product was smooth and creamy like whipped body butter.

Wash & Go

I love how my hair looked after the wash and go. I usually don’t wear my hair in a wash & go style  because I look like Esther Rolle (DAMN! DAMN!DAMN!) because of shrinkage. Some products did not do anything for my curl pattern and my hair looked dry . Products that defined my curl were either  too greasy or too creamy but this product  is the complete opposite. Even though it is a cream the product settled very well in my hair and I did not have to worry about any residue left over after my hair dried.  After using Coco Curls my hair was moisturized, my curl patterns had great definition and my hair did not look dry. There was shrinkage( that’s the case with any product) but  the end result was great. Check out the pics below:

Two Strand Twist Out Roller Set

I wanted to see how well the product would hold a style so I tried it on my  twist out and I liked the result. I was able to wear the style two or three days before retwisting so that is a plus for me.
